Welcome to No. 2 Milsey Court Apartment. We hope the following pages will give a flavour of the relaxing, comfortable accommodation that we have prepared for you, where attention to detail is our priority. No.2 Milsey Court is situated within the conservation area in the heart of the picturesque town of North Berwick.

 

This bright comfortable two bedroom ground floor apartment in School Road has been fully modernised. It is centrally located only a stone's throw from the harbour and the beautiful East beach, and is very close to the High Street and other amenities. With contemporary furnishings and high quality finish throughout the apartment, you will enjoy a comfortable relaxing stay. The apartment has received the award of a 4 star rating by Visit Scotland and feedback by guests rated the apartment as 4.92 stars on AirBNB.


Parking is available immediately outside the apartment on School Road and in adjacent streets. All linen, towels and heating are fully included and free Wifi  is available within the apartment.


Accommodation: The accommodation is suitable for up to 4 people with 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with single beds. Families, couples and individuals are very welcome. A sofa bed is available for an additional person on request and a cot and high chair for infants. The apartment has full central heating and all fuel costs, linen and towels are included.

 

Living/Dining Room : With two sofas this room provides comfortable space to relax and enjoy TV or the selection of DVDs or books. Some games and children's toys are also available. The dining area is set to one side and provides comfortable seating with a table and 4 dining chairs. 

 

Bedrooms : The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable King size double bed with contemporary oak chest of drawers and bed side tables as well as a walk in wardrobe. The twin bedroom has modern oak single beds and contemporary oak chest of drawers and additional wardrobe in hall adjacent.

 

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including ceramic hob, dish washer, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, radio/cd player and washing machine.

 

Bathroom:

The modern bathroom has a powerful Mira shower over the bath, heated towel rail/radiator wash hand basin and w.c. Continuous hot water is provided by a combi-boiler. 


Patio Garden: From the private patio garden to the front of the property there are good views south towards North Berwick Law and the sea can just be seen to the north. A range of garden furniture is provided, including a table, bench and chairs. There is an outdoor tap and basin for washing sandy clothing, buckets, wet suits etc.

 

There is an out door drying area to the rear of the property as well as a large indoor cupboard with drying facilities for wet clothing

 

Bicycle storage is available by prior arrangement.

 

Parking is available immediately outside the apartment on School Road and in adjacent streets.

 

Smoking /Pet Policy

In line with Government legislation, there is a NO smoking policy within the apartment. Unfortunately we do not allow pets.




 

Out and About

The apartment is conveniently located to walk to local shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants on North Berwick's popular high street. It is a five minute walk to the award winning Seabird Centre and the harbour and just a couple of minutes to reach the East beach and the Lodge Park with its play area, aviary and attractive garden areas.
